Not having to learn to see, to hear, to sense or even to smell or taste => in-built.
Experience: knowledge of what things look or sound like, how different things feel or smell or taste.
Learning one thing from another, doing something about each and reacting to sight.
Eg: Toys with sound: help to connect seeing and doing.
Language develops over time.
Looking at and hearing things in the environment-> staring at objects (7-8 inches away)-> begining to watch and follow objects with his eyes.
